    This company is very easy to deal with. They are very prompt and organised. We got our shutters, blinds and sheers installed yesterday and the whole process couldn’t haven’t been any better. Gerry came in and did all the measurements. We were then sent a quote which we accepted and paid an initial deposit. We were then contacted by Bill to organise a date for installation. Mark did all the installation and spent 3 hrs for the whole job. Overall we are very happy the products and service received. I’ll definitely go with them again in the future for our bedrooms.I also forgot to mention their prices are also very reasonable.Thank you to AAA plantation Shutters

    An EXCEPTIONAL business! From their showroom, to assessment and from measurement to installation, their service was flawless. Yes as forwarned, it was a long wait between ordering and fitting, but their updates were accurate and the shutters were fitted as promised.We now have three rooms beautifully fitted with plantation shutters that look perfect and which are very functional.     Wow am I glad I was recommended AAA by a friend who recently used them.They are SO EASY to deal with and are SUPER EFFICIENT! Best priced out of the 3 quotes I got too with no mucking around.Gerry who did the initial inspection and quote took the time to explain options to me, using samples he brought.Kayla then promptly sends out invoices and receipts after the deposit is paid.Bill then calls 6 weeks after the deposit is paid to advise the shutters have arrived from China and schedules in an install date. No delays, no excuses.Tony does the install and was very meticulous and careful. He was able to fit the new square shutters into my "not so square" 100 yr old window frames. He spent 4 hours installing 12 windows - He didn't rush the job. A craftsman. He also cleaned up everything after the job!Now I feel like I need more shutters on my other windows as they just transform the look!The Chinese made PVC shutters were of excellent quality 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻Thank you AAA for the whole journey. You've been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

    Fantastic experience with AAA Plantation Shutters. Gerry was amazing and thorough with measure and Tony did a fabulous job with the install. I had 3 quotes and these were the best value by far.     Our home has been adorned with the amazing work from AAA. We really enjoyed the presale process of viewing how the products work within an actual display home. The delivery process was very reasonable given the Christmas period. The product is simple fantastic, which was installed professionally in every aspect. Tony was our installer who turned up and took the time to get everything right. He worked through some of the imperfections of our window spaces and left every detail 10/10.     I recently had plantation shutters and roller blinds installed, and while the installation process was smooth, the installer did not return to provide the chain safety retainer as promised. Despite following up multiple times, I’ve had no luck. The communication was great initially, and the product quality is good, but the lack of follow-through on this commitment has been disappointing.

    After reading reviews I decided to go with AAA Plantation Shutters and glad I did. Price was quite competitive and I was impressed by the quality of the shutters and blinds. I’ve been with bigger companies in the past but would definitely use AAA Plantations Shutters if I need anything in the future. I got sunscreen blinds, blockout blinds and shutters throughout the house. For the back section of the house I got motorised roller blinds and they look very clean and are so convenient. Shutters are a longer wait than the blinds.Gerry did the initial measure and quote and installation was done by Tony and Bill I think it was. Was really happy with the whole process and the end result!

    It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at AAA shutters. The entire process from the online enquiry to installation was professional with excellent communication all the way. I was initially a tad nervous proceeding with shutters quote as it was substantially cheaper than 2 other well known companies. My concerns were unwarranted with shutters installed totally transforming the rooms. I also recently ordered sheers for front facing rooms which look fabulous. I highly recommend AAA Shutters and wish them all the very best for the future.

    I was recommended AAA Plantation Shutters by my relatives, who were very happy with their shutters. I first enquired back in 2021 but regrettably chose not to proceed, despite their competitive pricing. Instead, I opted for Venetian blinds from another provider, which left my home feeling incomplete.Three years later, I reached out to AAA Plantation Shutters again, and to my surprise, they still had our measurements on file. Despite a tight timeframe, they managed to supply and install the shutters right on schedule.     We had a bit of a difficult installation due to some leaning walls, but the installer went out of his way to make sure everything looked and worked great, and wouldn’t settle on a sub-standard install. So happy with the service and finished product. Would highly recommend AAA shutters.

    Amazing! Tony who installed the shutters was fantatice. Great care, passionate about his job and wants to make sure he is getting 100% for you. I've had a lot of trains people around lately and found them to be bad, Tony was just amazing and shows my faith back in to traids people. Also the blinds are great!     We ordered 2 large, 4 panel, bi-fold plantation shutters from AAA Plantaion Shutters for our lounge & dining rooms.The quality of the shutters was superb and the price was very competitive.Their display room in Moorabbin was novel. Their full range of shutters were fitted to the windows of the display room, making it easy to decide which shutters would best suit our windows.Tony, the AAA installer, did a great job installing them. He patiently adjusted the shutter frames until they concealed the fact that our window frames were partially out of square.We highly recommend AAA for the range and quality of their shutters and service, and thank Tony for his excellent installation service.

    Overall experience from AAA Plantation shutters were amazing.Very competitive pricing especially with the oversea option.The staff was amazing from Ritesh who came and quoted us to Tony who came did the install.In regards to the shutters, we chose the PVC material with the shutters being made overseas as supposed to Australia.Cheaper with the longer waiting time, but the product is still quality good quality.It took about 8 weeks to arrive, and I was updated each step of the wayTony was our installer, He attended to his job promptly, clean up after the job and finish product looks amazing.Tony was also friendly we had a very nice chat throughout.We only got 2 windows done but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go with these guys again when the need for more shutters is required.

    I could not be happier with the experience dealing with AAA Plantation shutters. They ticked every box that you would expect as a customer; good communication, competitive pricing, informative, punctual and no hidden surprises. We had what I would call a difficult L shaped window and AAA Plantation team really helped us through the options so we understood the limitations for each installation method. The price was excellent and we were offered a cheaper price if we were prepared to wait 8-10 weeks which was fine with us. We are very happy with the final product and had a hassle-free experience.     We had two very challenging window/door combinations that we wanted shutters for. From the initial contact with Simone to Gerry's excellent measuring, problem solving and a very competitive quote we were impressed. After a quick turn around time, today Tony installed our shutters, 1st he was on time, he worked so hard and did an absolutely fantastic job. The shutters surpassed our expectations and look amazing.     AAA Plantation Shutters were installed at my place today. Tony was very efficient, extremely courteous, informed me of his arrival time. He is very respectful and polite.     I was thoroughly impressed by our experience with AAA Plantation Shutters. From quotation through to installation, the team were friendly, informative and above all else, professional. Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. They block out even more light than the Holland blinds they replace and I was surprised by how much of an insulating effect they seem to have. Thanks to the team at AAA Plantation Shutters. I can't recommend them highly enough!
