Really great results - thanks very much again team, it was a super easy process from quote and consultation to install. Very pleased with the finished product!!! Highly recommend to all.I will say though that the order took slightly longer than what was quoted to manufacture, but I think that’s just due to holidays being around the corner and the nature of custom finishings - we were in no rush to get them in by a certain date. Takes nothing away from the finished job!

This company is very easy to deal with. They are very prompt and organised. We got our shutters, blinds and sheers installed yesterday and the whole process couldn’t haven’t been any better. Gerry came in and did all the measurements. We were then sent a quote which we accepted and paid an initial deposit. We were then contacted by Bill to organise a date for installation. Mark did all the installation and spent 3 hrs for the whole job. Overall we are very happy the products and service received. Wow am I glad I was recommended AAA by a friend who recently used them.They are SO EASY to deal with and are SUPER EFFICIENT! Best priced out of the 3 quotes I got too with no mucking around.Gerry who did the initial inspection and quote took the time to explain options to me, using samples he brought.Kayla then promptly sends out invoices and receipts after the deposit is paid.Bill then calls 6 weeks after the deposit is paid to advise the shutters have arrived from China and schedules in an install date. No delays, no excuses.Tony does the install and was very meticulous and careful. He was able to fit the new square shutters into my "not so square" 100 yr old window frames. He spent 4 hours installing 12 windows - He didn't rush the job. A craftsman. He also cleaned up everything after the job!Now I feel like I need more shutters on my other windows as they just transform the look!The Chinese made PVC shutters were of excellent quality 👍🏻 👍🏻 👍🏻Thank you AAA for the whole journey. You've been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I recently had plantation shutters and roller blinds installed, and while the installation process was smooth, the installer did not return to provide the chain safety retainer as promised. Despite following up multiple times, I’ve had no luck. The communication was great initially, and the product quality is good, but the lack of follow-through on this commitment has been disappointing.

After reading reviews I decided to go with AAA Plantation Shutters and glad I did. Price was quite competitive and I was impressed by the quality of the shutters and blinds. I’ve been with bigger companies in the past but would definitely use AAA Plantations Shutters if I need anything in the future. I got sunscreen blinds, blockout blinds and shutters throughout the house. For the back section of the house I got motorised roller blinds and they look very clean and are so convenient. Shutters are a longer wait than the blinds.Gerry did the initial measure and quote and installation was done by Tony and Bill I think it was. Was really happy with the whole process and the end result!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at AAA shutters. The entire process from the online enquiry to installation was professional with excellent communication all the way. I was initially a tad nervous proceeding with shutters quote as it was substantially cheaper than 2 other well known companies. Overall experience from AAA Plantation shutters were amazing.Very competitive pricing especially with the oversea option.The staff was amazing from Ritesh who came and quoted us to Tony who came did the install.In regards to the shutters, we chose the PVC material with the shutters being made overseas as supposed to Australia.Cheaper with the longer waiting time, but the product is still quality good quality.It took about 8 weeks to arrive, and I was updated each step of the wayTony was our installer, He attended to his job promptly, clean up after the job and finish product looks amazing.Tony was also friendly we had a very nice chat throughout.We only got 2 windows done but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go with these guys again when the need for more shutters is required.

I would like to thank AAA Plantation Shutters for an excellent job done with the installation of their fantastic quality plantation shutters at our home. I give them 10/10 in all aspects....that is starting from the quoting stage done by Gerry and installations by Tony and Bill, especially one window which started from a height of 3 metres and the window being another 2.5 metres, with a bit of brainstorming among all of us it got done perfectly. I could not be happier with the experience dealing with AAA Plantation shutters. They ticked every box that you would expect as a customer; good communication, competitive pricing, informative, punctual and no hidden surprises. We had what I would call a difficult L shaped window and AAA Plantation team really helped us through the options so we understood the limitations for each installation method. The installation was seamless with one of their team members installing the shutters quickly. In the end the final product was better then we expected. Our experience from start to finish with AAA Plantation Shutters was excellent. It was very smooth and hassle-free. Excellent communication from Bill in admin, Gerry who measured up was very professional and helpful. Tony who installed was also very professional and neat and tidy. All turned up on time. The price was excellent and we were offered a cheaper price if we were prepared to wait 8-10 weeks which was fine with us. We are very happy with the final product and had a hassle-free experience. We highly recommend them.

I was thoroughly impressed by our experience with AAA Plantation Shutters. From quotation through to installation, the team were friendly, informative and above all else, professional. Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. They block out even more light than the Holland blinds they replace and I was surprised by how much of an insulating effect they seem to have. Thanks to the team at AAA Plantation Shutters. I can't recommend them highly enough!
