Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. I had my home fitted with internal plantation shutters, a total of 16 windows. The timeline I was told that it would take to have them made over the Christmas holiday period was exact. Tony fitted them all yesterday and he took the complete day to install them perfectly, I could not be happier as I believe this has increased the value of my home. Excellent service and price after extensively shopping around Melbourne. Ask for Tony when having the shutters installed. Tony was exceptional at installing the shutters but was also more than happy to provide additional service and advice. He was mindful of my space and was really took the time to speak with me about my queries relating to maintenance and future installations. ASK FOR TONY!

So glad we chose AAA Plantation Shutters. They were extremely competitive and the finished product looks fantastic. Gerry came down and provided the initial measure and quote for our plantation shutters. And Tony was such a professional for the install, I loved the way he worked, he took the time to do things properly including the care during the install and managing a very clean workspace. Given our older house, a couple of the windows were not perfectly square, but Tony worked his magic and has the finished product looking beautiful. Thanks a plenty Gerry and Tony.

I want to thank Gerry & Tony for the wonderful service provided to me - especially this close to Christmas. They went out of their way to help me when things (which were out of their control) went wrong. Shutters were very reasonably priced & look fantastic.
