Step 01

Book a free In-Home Measure & Quote with us, and one of our consultant will attend your appointment on time.We will check each of your window and discuss with you for any restrictions which may affect installation such as winder, handle, and lock issues etc. The consultant will also analyse oritation of your house and room type, to give suggestion which material is best to fit your windows. You will have chance to see our samples demonstration and color swatch as well.

Step 02

You will be given a hand written quote instantly by our consultants. We will also send a formal PDF quote to your email within 2 days, along with a SMS reminder including a clickable link to that PDF you can easily view on your smartphone

Step 03

If you have any questions and doubt, just call the consultant or reply that email.

Step 04

Happy with our Quote ! Simply email us with your confirmation, and we will arrange a formal invoice send to you shortly as well as payment terms.

Step 05

For some complicated jobs,we may send a technician for a check measure service. In case you have further technical questions, feel free to ask onsite.

Step 06

Technician will send your order to our production team to process, and the lead time varies depending on the terms we put on the quote.

Step 07

Once your order is finished and packed in warehouse, we will be in contact with you to book an installation date. Plenty notice will be given, most likely a week beforehand. It normally takes 2 to 5 hrs for installation to be fully completed, depending on the project. We appreciate if you can move all valuable or fragile items closing to the windows, to help installers work without much stress.

Step 08

Upon installation is completed, installers will talk with you some basic maintenance knowledge for different type of shutters. We will remove all packaging onsite, and leave a clean room for you to enjoy.

    Amazing! Tony who installed the shutters was fantatice. Great care, passionate about his job and wants to make sure he is getting 100% for you. I've had a lot of trains people around lately and found them to be bad, Tony was just amazing and shows my faith back in to traids people. Also the blinds are great!     We ordered 2 large, 4 panel, bi-fold plantation shutters from AAA Plantaion Shutters for our lounge & dining rooms.The quality of the shutters was superb and the price was very competitive.Their display room in Moorabbin was novel. Their full range of shutters were fitted to the windows of the display room, making it easy to decide which shutters would best suit our windows.Tony, the AAA installer, did a great job installing them. He patiently adjusted the shutter frames until they concealed the fact that our window frames were partially out of square.We highly recommend AAA for the range and quality of their shutters and service, and thank Tony for his excellent installation service.

    Overall experience from AAA Plantation shutters were amazing.Very competitive pricing especially with the oversea option.The staff was amazing from Ritesh who came and quoted us to Tony who came did the install.In regards to the shutters, we chose the PVC material with the shutters being made overseas as supposed to Australia.Cheaper with the longer waiting time, but the product is still quality good quality.It took about 8 weeks to arrive, and I was updated each step of the wayTony was our installer, He attended to his job promptly, clean up after the job and finish product looks amazing.Tony was also friendly we had a very nice chat throughout.We only got 2 windows done but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go with these guys again when the need for more shutters is required.

    I would like to thank AAA Plantation Shutters for an excellent job done with the installation of their fantastic quality plantation shutters at our home.     I could not be happier with the experience dealing with AAA Plantation shutters. We had what I would call a difficult L shaped window and AAA Plantation team really helped us through the options so we understood the limitations for each installation method.     I was thoroughly impressed by our experience with AAA Plantation Shutters. From quotation through to installation, the team were friendly, informative and above all else, professional. Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. They block out even more light than the Holland blinds they replace and I was surprised by how much of an insulating effect they seem to have. Thanks to the team at AAA Plantation Shutters. I can't recommend them highly enough!

    I ordered 4 plantation shutters. Absolutely recommend. Great service from start to finish, as well as their competitive prices. The installer also went the extra mile and sealed gaps around the window frame at no charge. Cannot fault in any way. Total contrast to Victory blinds who quoted and arrogantly expected me to accept on the spot without showing me any examples or asking how I'd like the blinds fixed to the window frame. They were also 30% more expensive. Thankyou AAA Plantation Shutters.

    I want to thank Gerry & Tony for the wonderful service provided to me - especially this close to Christmas. They went out of their way to help me when things (which were out of their control) went wrong. Shutters were very reasonably priced & look fantastic.

    We just had our shutters installed by Tony. We are so happy with the results. AAA shutters were so easy to deal with from start to finish, they were quick to respond with every inquiry and there was no delays from start to finish. Tony did such a great job and was so professional, he made sure to clean as he went. We are so happy with the service we received.

    The whole experience from start to finish with AAA Plantation Shutters has been great. They came to measure and quote with lots of samples and provided great advice and recommendations. The quote was very competitive especially because we wanted timber shutters in the bedrooms and pic only in the kitchen. Shutters were ready in the given timeframe but we hadn't painted our windows yet . The team kept our shutters safe and sound until we were ready to have them installed. Tony installed them and was incredibly professional. He arrived at 7.45am and installed each blind and shutter with precision and care. He was very neat and tidy as he worked plus he wiped everything down and took all the boxes away once he was done.I was concerned that the plantation shutters would make the rooms a bit dark but they are perfect. They bring more light in and make our house feel finished. 5 stars for the service and quality. Thanks!

    We had AAA shutters installed a couple of weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the service from day one, from measuring up, to office correspondence to installation.     I am happy with the product and services provided by AAA Plantation shutters. Initially, we dealt with Gerry. He visited our place and took all the measurements. He explained different products and answered our questions patiently.Today, the installer guy (Mark) came and have completed the installation.He was meticulous and professional in his job.The finished product looks good and met the expectations.I would definitely recommend AAA Plantation Shutters to anyone considering to install Plantation Shutters in their homes.

    The team at AAA was amazing to deal with. They were all very professional from quoting to installing and love the shutters and blinds in our new home. The pricing was exceptional. Can't recommend this business any more highly.
