It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the team at AAA shutters. The entire process from the online enquiry to installation was professional with excellent communication all the way. I was initially a tad nervous proceeding with shutters quote as it was substantially cheaper than 2 other well known companies. My concerns were unwarranted with shutters installed totally transforming the rooms. I also recently ordered sheers for front facing rooms which look fabulous. Their full range of shutters were fitted to the windows of the display room, making it easy to decide which shutters would best suit our windows.Tony, the AAA installer, did a great job installing them. Overall experience from AAA Plantation shutters were amazing.Very competitive pricing especially with the oversea option.The staff was amazing from Ritesh who came and quoted us to Tony who came did the install.In regards to the shutters, we chose the PVC material with the shutters being made overseas as supposed to Australia.Cheaper with the longer waiting time, but the product is still quality good quality.It took about 8 weeks to arrive, and I was updated each step of the wayTony was our installer, He attended to his job promptly, clean up after the job and finish product looks amazing.Tony was also friendly we had a very nice chat throughout.We only got 2 windows done but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go with these guys again when the need for more shutters is required.

I was thoroughly impressed by our experience with AAA Plantation Shutters. From quotation through to installation, the team were friendly, informative and above all else, professional. Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. They block out even more light than the Holland blinds they replace and I was surprised by how much of an insulating effect they seem to have. Thanks to the team at AAA Plantation Shutters. The installer also went the extra mile and sealed gaps around the window frame at no charge. Cannot fault in any way. Ritesh was definitely the most knowledgeable and helpful out of the 3 companies that came to measure and quote, which meant we got the best solution possible for plantation shutters on 3 windows and 2 pairs of french doors.Quoted price was competitive and shutters were ready before estimated time (rare in these days of supply chain disruption).Tony did a fantastic install. Shutters look great and you can tell when somebody takes care and pride in their work.Highly Recommend !!!Should have got these 10 years ago....thanks AAA

I had my home fitted with internal plantation shutters, a total of 16 windows. The timeline I was told that it would take to have them made over the Christmas holiday period was exact. Tony fitted them all yesterday and he took the complete day to install them perfectly, I could not be happier as I believe this has increased the value of my home.
