Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. Shutters were ready in the given timeframe but we hadn't painted our windows yet . The team kept our shutters safe and sound until we were ready to have them installed. Tony installed them and was incredibly professional. He arrived at 7.45am and installed each blind and shutter with precision and care. He was very neat and tidy as he worked plus he wiped everything down and took all the boxes away once he was done.I was concerned that the plantation shutters would make the rooms a bit dark but they are perfect. They bring more light in and make our house feel finished. 5 stars for the service and quality. Thanks!
