Overall experience from AAA Plantation shutters were amazing.Very competitive pricing especially with the oversea option.The staff was amazing from Ritesh who came and quoted us to Tony who came did the install.In regards to the shutters, we chose the PVC material with the shutters being made overseas as supposed to Australia.Cheaper with the longer waiting time, but the product is still quality good quality.It took about 8 weeks to arrive, and I was updated each step of the wayTony was our installer, He attended to his job promptly, clean up after the job and finish product looks amazing.Tony was also friendly we had a very nice chat throughout.We only got 2 windows done but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to go with these guys again when the need for more shutters is required.

Communication was great and on our installation day Tony arrived promptly. He made the installation process seem trivial (even despite our less-than-100% square window frames) and was done with our three windows and one bi-fold door in just a few hours. He was pleasant to deal with and took all packing materials with him. The areas where he worked were left clean and tidy. The PVC shutters we settled on look great and function very well. Ritesh was definitely the most knowledgeable and helpful out of the 3 companies that came to measure and quote, which meant we got the best solution possible for plantation shutters on 3 windows and 2 pairs of french doors.Quoted price was competitive and shutters were ready before estimated time (rare in these days of supply chain disruption).Tony did a fantastic install. Shutters look great and you can tell when somebody takes care and pride in their work.Highly Recommend !!!Should have got these 10 years ago....thanks AAA

I had my home fitted with internal plantation shutters, a total of 16 windows. The timeline I was told that it would take to have them made over the Christmas holiday period was exact. Tony fitted them all yesterday and he took the complete day to install them perfectly, I could not be happier as I believe this has increased the value of my home. Excellent service and price after extensively shopping around Melbourne. Ask for Tony when having the shutters installed. Tony was exceptional at installing the shutters but was also more than happy to provide additional service and advice. He was mindful of my space and was really took the time to speak with me about my queries relating to maintenance and future installations. ASK FOR TONY!
