Initial consultation was great, Gerry was very helpful and came with lots of samples and advice. We got plantation shutters for two windows and a sheer curtain/blind combination for another two. Unfortunately there was some damage to the plaster under one of the curtain brackets during installation and the installer put another bracket in the wrong place leaving four holes in the wall. These were filled but we're left with some obvious damage to our freshly painted walls. The product is great but damage during installation and being left to rectify it ourselves was disappointing.

We’ve had the best experience with AAA from the site measure through to installation. Their customer service is fantastic, they are super organised and have great communication! We opted for locally manufactured shutters for our 1950s weatherboard and we love how they look! Bill took a lot of care during the installation to make sure they are perfect, you can tell that they take a lot of pride in what they do. Would recommend them to anyone looking for shutters!

Happy with the overall quality of the shutters and the end result.The installers were pretty rough with the installation which resulted in scuffs on the shutters, although most of them did come out with jiff there was some that did not and could have been avoided with some care.The installers also were not clean or tidy at all and would of been nice if they cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving it up to me. A good example was when installing blinds in the bathroom the sinks were used to clean tools and water was splashed all over the sinks and left for me to clean up.We ordered bi-fold blinds which were supplied from overseas and when they arrived they were a different colour to our other fixed blinds. While AAA did try to resolve the problem nothing could be done as the blinds couldn't be replaced due to be being installed and caulked already. We were offered a $300 refund but in my opinion it wasn't substantial compared to the blind cost. It would have been helpful if we were told about the colour variation during our colour selection as we would of picked differently and avoided the issue.

From the very start, working with AAA Plantation Shutters has been a truly amazing experience. Although we knew very little about Plantation Shutters to start with, Gerry at AAA Plantation Shutters was very patient and explained to us the various plantation shutter options available at different price points, that included the material, durability, finish & installation. Gerry then with great care, took accurate measurements on-site of all the window frames where these shutters were to be installed. We initially enquired about a quote for Plantation shutters from AAA based purely on supporting an all Australian made/Australian team and local Australian company; however not really expecting that the price would be achievable. We were pleasantly surprised! Pricing was great and there was definitely NO high pressure selling techniques put on us with the measure and quote - purely professional. I got a few prices on some shutters, AAA Plantation shutters came in at a very good price so we end up going with them they turned out amazing the guys that installed them were fantastic, they even gapped around the windows where they put their frames in for the shutters, it’s the small details you can tell they really take pride in their work!They even came out on a Sunday arvo to install are last shutter as there was a delay with one of my are shutters.Would highly recommend!

I wish I had ordered these gorgeous shutters ages ago. They look fantastic! We ordered our shutters in July and as they couldn’t deliver (due to lock down rules)in the quoted time they gave us a discount which I thought very generous. I got another quote from another conpetitor but i chose AAA because they offered the option of having the shutters made in Melbourne. I wanted the job done by Australians. Just got installed our Plantation shutters in our new house by AAA Plantation shutters. My wife and I were very happy and satisfied from the start to finish. After receiving quotes from Modern, Into Blinds, an independent, and finally AAA Plantation Shutters, the choice was easy.The areas in which AAA defeated the competition was product, manufacturing, knowledge, customer service and price.They use high quality reinforced core PVC louvres that the competition cannot beat.Their time frame from quote to install was less than a month, faster than all the opposition who have their plantations manufactured in China. AAA has a factory in Victoria, so you are supporting local industry.Our quote was given by Ritesh, who was thorough and professional in his consultation. He was knowledgeable and honest. The same can’t be said for the other companies, in particular Into Blinds who tried to market their product as uniquely superior by disguising it in another name.All my questions, queries, texts and calls were answered promptly. What can I say, these are the first plantation shutters I have had in my home and I absolutely love them. 1)They look absolutely amazing from inside and outside my bedroom. 2) They bring more light into my bedroom during the day. 3) They block a lot more light out of the bedroom during the night compared to my old wooden venetian shutters. 4) They block more noise out compared to previously. 5) They keep heat in the bedroom and keep the cold out better compared to previously. A real refreshing change to my bedroom and from outside it looks quite posh and much better for my homes resale value. Ritesh was great with his friendly measure and quote. Mark and Aaron fitted the plantation shutters very efficiently. Price was competitive, quality was good and service was great. Thanks AAA shutters, I will definitely order from you again if I do the rest of my home! 😊
